We summarize experience, identify acceptable and unacceptable practices of psychological influence on the participants of arbitration proceedings.

We also conduct interdisciplinary research at the intersection of law, cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, etc. on issues such as arbitrators' decision-making process, arbitrator prejudgment, presentation of evidence in arbitration, etc.

We organize training seminars and international conferences on topical issues of psychology in international arbitration.
