Meeting of the ICC Russia Intellectual Property Commission Held

Moscow, 17 November 2025 – The Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Russia) held a regular meeting of the ICC Russia Intellectual Property Commission. The hybrid (in-person and online) meeting was hosted by the law firm “Dyakin, Gortsunyan & Partners” and chaired by Elena Trusova, Partner at ALUMNI Partners.

The key focus of the meeting was the development of support measures for technology businesses and the management of intellectual property rights. Daria Shipitsyna, Head of the Intellectual Property Center of the Moscow Innovation Cluster Fund, presented current support tools to the participants, including the capabilities of the iMoscow digital platform and practical mechanisms to facilitate the development, protection and commercialization of intellectual property assets.

During the meeting, members of the ICC Russia Intellectual Property Commission summarized the results of the Commission’s work in 2025 and discussed priority areas for the next period. Among other things, they reviewed the further development of the international IP Survey project, the preparation of the annual “Top 10 Cases” digest, and the plan of specialized Commission events for 2026.

The ICC Russia Intellectual Property Commission will continue its expert and educational activities aimed at shaping modern practices for the regulation and protection of intellectual property rights, as well as strengthening dialogue between business, the legal community and public authorities.
