Law, sanctions, cargo risks and payments
One day with ICC Russia for your transaction
About the event
Today, an international contract is no longer merely a formal document recording the parties’ arrangements. It has become a full-fledged tool for strategic management of a cross-border transaction.

If you have ever had a payment for a shipment stuck, cargo rerouted without your knowledge, or a bank block settlement because of the wording in the contract, this conference is for you.

We will examine real cases involving Russian companies from 2024–2026 and show how to redesign the contract, payment framework and delivery terms so that both funds and goods reach their destination even under sanctions and currency restrictions.

2. Incoterms in the new geography of trade
Moderator: Stepan Sultanov, Partner, Head of International Commercial Arbitration Practice, KIAP Attorneys at Law.
